Banner Sponsorship Program

Our Banner Sponsorship Program raises funds for the FVYCE, while providing local businesses an opportunity to showcase their brand.

The banner sponsorship program invites local Fort Valley and other regional businesses to sponsor a banner that will be displayed along the fence perimeter of the Fort Valley Youth Center of Excellence. This fundraising program is designed to enhance community engagement, promote local businesses, and generate funds for ongoing FVYCE projects.

This banner sponsorship program is designed to be a mutually beneficial opportunity for both the sponsoring businesses and the community. By supporting local projects and receiving widespread brand exposure, sponsors can make a lasting impact and foster stronger community ties.

1. Banner Specifications

Standard Size Options:

  • Small Banner: 3 ft x 5 ft (suitable for smaller spaces)
  • Medium Banner: 4 ft x 8 ft (for moderate visibility areas)
  • Large Banner: 5 ft x 10 ft (ideal for high-traffic and prominent areas)

Material:

Durable, weather-resistant vinyl with reinforced edges and grommets for secure installation.

Design:

Sponsors can provide their artwork or use the assistance of a designated designer for a small additional fee.

2. Sponsorship Fees

The fees for participating in the program will vary based on the size and placement of the banner:

Small Banner (3 ft x 5 ft):

  • Fee: $500 per 6-month period
  • Prime Locations: Smaller spaces like entrance ways or side fences

Medium Banner (4 ft x 8 ft):

  • Fee: $750 per 6-month period
  • Prime Locations: Mid-level visibility areas, such as the sidewalls of buildings or interior event areas

Large Banner (5 ft x 10 ft):

  • Fee: $1,000 per 6-month period
  • Prime Locations: High-traffic locations like main fences, central sports fields, or main entrances to venues

3. Benefits to Corporate Sponsors

  • Increased Brand Visibility: Banners will be prominently displayed in locations that receive a high volume of daily visitors.
  • Community Engagement: Participation shows the business's support for community activities and events, fostering goodwill.
  • Advertising Flexibility: Opportunity for the business to showcase current promotions, highlight new products or services, or simply build brand awareness.

4. Terms and Conditions

  • Duration: The standard sponsorship duration is 6 months, with options to renew for additional periods.
  • Installation and Maintenance: The program will handle installation and maintenance to ensure the banners remain in excellent condition.
  • Artwork Approval: All banner designs must be pre-approved to align with community standards.

5. Additional Promotion Options

  • Digital Recognition: Businesses can also receive shout-outs on the organization’s social media pages and newsletters for an added fee.
  • Event Partnership: Sponsors may opt to have their banners featured at special events for a one-time premium charge of $150.

6. Enrollment Process

  • Registration: Businesses complete an online or in-person application form.
  • Artwork Submission: Provide artwork or request design assistance.
  • Approval & Payment: Artwork is approved, and payment is processed.
  • Installation: Banners are installed within 2 weeks of approval.

7. Contact Information

FACILITY RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Facility Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date signed below by and between the Fort Valley Youth Center of Excellence ("FVYCE") and the undersigned individual or organization ("Renter").

1. RENTAL TERMS

FVYCE premises located at 500 Riley Avenue, Fort Valley, GA 31030.

Facility Reservation Structure & Fees

August - May

  • Weekday Rate –Monday – Friday, 9am - 12pm ONLY per day $100 per day
  • Weekend Rate –Saturday – Sunday, 9am - 7pm daily rate per day $150 per day
*During the week, the facility is ONLY available at these times due to after school program activities & rime for required clearing prior to program start

June - July Summer Rates

  • Weekday Rate (Monday- Friday, 9am – 9pm) daily rate per day $150 per day
  • Weekend Rate –Saturday – Sunday, 9am - 7pm daily rate $200 per day
  • Weekly Rate (Monday - Friday, 9am – 9pm) $500 per week
*NPO Discount - $50 from total fee - NPO must show proof of insurance & RS Award Letter

Cleaning Fee: Required for all Reservations - $100 (standard cleaning) or $150 (deep cleaning, if required).

Total Due: $[Total Amount] (payable upon signing unless otherwise agreed upon).

2. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

  • Cleaning Fee ($100.00) is required to secure the reservation.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event forfeit Cleaning Fee ($100.00).
  • Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the event.
  • Refunds are given if cancellations are made within 10 days of the scheduled event.

3. USE OF FACILITY

  • Renter agrees to use the facility solely for the stated purpose.
  • Renter shall not sublease or assign rights under this Agreement.
  • The facility must be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
  • All trash must be placed in designated bins.

4. ENTRY AND LOCK-UP PROCEDURES

  • Renter will be provided with an access code or key card.
  • Upon arrival, Renter must check in with FVYCE staff (if applicable).
  • Renter is responsible for securing all doors and windows upon departure.
  • Failure to properly lock up may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

5. NON-PERMISSIBLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Flammable or hazardous materials.
  • Illegal substances or activities.
  • Weapons of any kind.
  • Pets (except service animals).
  • Decorations that damage walls, ceilings, or floors.

6. LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNIFICATION

  • Renter agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless FVYCE, its officers, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the facility.
  • FVYCE is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the rental period.
  • Organizations must provide proof of general liability insurance naming FVYCE as an additional insured.

7. DAMAGE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Renter is responsible for all damages occurring during the rental period.
  • Any damage must be reported immediately to FVYCE staff.
  • Costs for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit or billed directly to the Renter.

8. APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTES

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within Georgia.

9. SIGNATURES

By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

Held on Good Friday, which falls on the Friday before Easter (March/April), the Fish Fry offers mouthwatering meals that are freshly prepared in collaboration with our partner organizations.
